I actually prepped everything in a ziplock (aside from onion) and threw it into the freezer last week, and then pulled it out to thaw this morning, so all I had to do was sauté some onion and add the contents of thr ziplock bag into the IP. Was ready in under a half hour. Served it in wraps topped with Shirazi salad and homemade tatziki plus spinach and carrot. Will be enjoying leftovers tomorrow over rice.
Thanks for providing such simple and quick-to-get-on-the-table recipes, which are so important to me with a 9yr old and 1yr old!

I have not had luck with instant pot slow cooking because the meal doesn’t turn out good. I have experimented with the different settings also. I actually gave my crock pot away when I bought my Instant Pot. I really like cooking with it but some how the slow cooker part is off for me. Anybody have any suggestions?
