Well, actually that’s one of the reasons I’m here. I googled this and found you. But I got the idea via a local restaurant here in Nashville, called Love Coffee. They have these, but there’s little bits of soft white potato in them. So good. Thank you. I was really leery about the stick. My iron is a good one—after buying and trashing at least two. It’s nonstick. But I’ll take your advice and spray….Off to the kitchen!
