I’ve been craving Mediterranean hummus bowls and had to try this when I saw you share it the other day. It has been the best quuck and easy lunch the past couple of days, and has definitely fed my craving. I was surprised how flavorful it is, even without a dressing. It was so easy to make! I’m looking forward to trying more of your recipes!

This is awesome! Totally renewed my interest in hummus. I’m not usually a huge hummus fan but my 2 yo and I ate this up.

I was in Greece last week (and am eating my way through Italy right now 😉 ), and I was SHOCKED that I was never served an ounce of hummus. Yogurt, sure, but no hummus in sight. Really makes me think that we have perhaps Americanized Greek food much like Chinese food! Or that hummus is more of a summer thing there.
