My household loves this recipe. I cook this one multiple times a year. It has really expanded my meal planning to include a meat other than chicken or beef. This recipe has also encouraged me to bake meat more than frying or boiling. This is usually a very easy recipe to do because our pantry/fridge is normally stocked with all the ingredients other than the meat.

Made this for dinner yesterday and it was great! I wasn’t sure about the paprika, but just went with it. It was moist and delicious.

Just made this exactly as described. It was a hit! The juices from the apple kept the pork tender and the flavors of all the seasonings were a delicious blend. I served it with steamed brown rice.

ok so i bought pork the other day for the first time and had no idea what to do with it lol i literally threw it on the stove and cooked it with no flavor… yours looks way more flavorful haha
