This is my absolute favorite meal. Our 10-year-old boy is super picky, and he now requests spinach and feta after having this recipe. My husband has started eating more greens since I’ve been using your recipes! Thanks!

The whole family killed it! My 9-year-old, very picky boy even woofed down a side spinach salad I paired with it! I didn’t have to tell him to eat once unlike most nights. Thanks so much! This recipe will now be entered into our family dinner meal rotation.
