Great looking recipe! Starting Advocare’s 24 day challenge in January and will definitely include this. Its nice to have an alternative to chicken. I like all the recipes you include with what to do with the pork. Most of them are very “challenge” friendly. Thank you!

Oh how I need some pork shoulder! I order pulled pork all the time when I eat out, but making it from scratch is still something I need to master! It’s so straight forward I’m not sure why I haven’t yet… plus my dad has a quite a stash of beers I can ‘borrow’ for it 😉
