Put the croutons on top of the leaves near the lid. That way they don’t go soggy.

Been making these for three weeks now and in total I make 15 jars each sunday night. I take them to work and my two kids take them to school and Uni. Favourites are greek salad with BBQ Chicken, Ceasar Salad (I don’t chop up the egg leave it whole) and chicken Waldorf salad.
