They are fantastic, exactly as written! Thank you for the recipe!

I devour these cookies (I have to restrain myself so I don’t have more than 3 a day). The only change I made was adding almond flour because the batter is kinda wet. If you have a food processor, use it instead of a blender. I used my ninja blender and it does not do a good job and also sounds like a rocket ship exploding. I have made these like 4 times. I also added flax seeds. They have also helped my gut

The dough was really wet so I had to add some almond flour. They don’t really rise or spread but were still good. I don’t eat much veggies so this is my attempt at being healthy

Where is the viral IG/tic tic video? I’ve been making them for years. The first time I made them a physical therapist was coming to our house for my youngest son, she couldn’t believe how good they were and told me later she was now making them for a breakfast cookie. I’ve made them for visiting family with great reviews. My children love them. The only change I make is to blend the peas first and then add everything, it’s a smoother cookie, at least for me. Almond butter and peanut butter both work well.

Cocoa and peanut butter really do mask the pea flavor. I did make a couple changes though, based on my preferences: I increased the sugar to 1/2 cup and replaced the baking soda with 2 tsp baking powder. And instead of making cookies, I scooped the batter into 12 silicone muffin cups and baked for 15 minutes. It worked perfectly! The texture was just like a chocolate cupcake.

I made the recipe exactly as written, which I like to do the first time around. The only thing I did differently was to sprincle several chocolate chips (dark, 72%) on top before baking. About as easy as you can get! Thank you!

I used canned drained peas. Used the 1/4 cup sugar and for that used 2 T sugar and 2T hot chocolate mix. Used the flax egg. Added 1tsp decaf coffee crystals and 1/4 tsp cinnamon and 1tsp salt. I always test a cookie in the microwave to taste before I bake. Great flavor. Now I will play around with adding different things to small portions of dough and bake away. Thank you.

My almost three year old is a veggie averse child and I’m trying to keep the exposures up. He helped prep the cookies, licked all the batter off the spoons and is devouring the cookies now. Yay for veggies in tasty snacks!

We struggled to puree the ingredients as we only have a blender. It was necessary to add some milk to puree the peas. We added some oats and flour to thicken the dough again which made for a more cake like cookie.
Our toddlers really enjoyed these!

All 5 loved them! The oldest, who is on the Autism spectrum and especially picky on any food he eats, ate 3 cookies. Thanks for a recipe that creates both delicious and healthy treats!
