They&#8217;re also great for breakfast, lunch AND dinner. We&#8217;ve been making them for several years now and they&#8217;re still one of my favorites, along with my kids!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s why I like them:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They&#8217;re great warm or cold.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They can be made ahead of time as part of your food prep. Learn more about meal prep in my course &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theleangreenbean.com\/mastering-food-prep\/\">Mastering Food Prep<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can fill them with anything you want.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They&#8217;re super easy!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the nutritional benefits of easy egg wraps?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> They&#8217;re similar to hard-boiled eggs in that they&#8217;re low-carb, gluten-free and high protein. A single egg contains 6 grams of protein plus healthy fats, Vitamins A, D and E and plus choline, iron and folate which are especially important in pregnancy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since I don&#8217;t care for hard-boiled egg yolk, these wraps are an easy alternative and a good way for me to make sure I&#8217;m getting the nutrients of the whole egg!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kid-friendly Egg Wraps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These make a great lunch box addition! You can even use them in place of a fried egg and serve them on toast or in an egg sandwich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Egg White Wraps &#8211; Can egg wraps be made with egg whites only?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Sure you could!
