It&#8217;s super easy to make, requires just a few ingredients and is bursting with flavor!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My husband is a huge fan of sweet corn but I like my corn on the cob plain. However, if you cut that plain corn off the cob, add some seasonings and Greek yogurt to make it creamy and give me some chips for scooping, I will eat the whole bowl!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mexican Street Corn Dip Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You just need a few basic ingredients to make this dip:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Corn &#8211; If you&#8217;re using corn on the cob, cook it however you&#8217;d like- on the stove, in the microwave, on the grill etc and then cut it off the cob.
