This recipe is also a great way to repurpose chicken that you&#8217;ve already cooked when you&#8217;re looking for a new meal idea mid-week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients For Chicken Taco Soup<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Most of the ingredients you need for this soup can probably be found in your pantry! Gather up:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Onion and bell pepper <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fire-roasted tomatoes &#8211; these add extra flavor but if you don&#8217;t have them, regular diced tomatoes or even Rotel is fine!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Black beans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Green chilis &#8211; Mild works fine but feel free to use hot to add a little extra spice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Corn <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chicken &#8211; I use boneless, skinless chicken breast<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Broth- Chicken or vegetable broth are both great<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spices- Be generous with your seasonings &#8211; we use a mix of cumin, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder and salt but you could also use taco seasoning in a pinch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toppings &#8211; tons of options including things like fresh jalapenos, shredded cheese, tortilla chips, fresh cilantro, sour cream and more!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How To Make Chicken Taco Soup in Slow Cooker<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Making this soup couldn&#8217;t be easier:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chop pepper and onion. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add to slow cooker along with remaining
